Had a lovely meal and drinks with friends here at the weekend, great value for money, and the portions are very good.
Definitely worth a visit to this restaurant.

Telephoned ahead to ask when they were open, was told 6pm. We arrived at 1.45 for lunch, told the kitchen was closing at 2pm, premises closing at 3pm. We were told we could get lunch, however when we tried to order, most of the dishes were not available. Drinks ordered wasn't what we asked for when served. We were making moves to leave when a member of staff said ' you need to leave' SERIOUSLY???? The request could have been put in a more polite manner!! Safe to say we won't be back!! 🙄

Popped in for the burger club while on holiday. Burgers were fantastic and a huge plate full. 2 burgers, 2 drinks and a side for just over £20. Can't beat a deal like that.

Lovely 'bar food' atmosphere and the staff are incredibly friendly, I can safely say that I've never had a bad experience any time I've been there. The food is fantastic though I mostly have the shark burger (and finish it no bother 😉), however I must admit the desserts are a bit of a let down, they seem more like an after though because they should offer it hence 4 out of 5 for food. Regardless I'll still be a regular patron for both food and drink and events.

First visit to Montrose and sharky's bar. Pity about the weather outside but the bar was lovely. Had good food. We were never rushed even the woman form the bar came over to give our little dog a cuddle. Lovely warm and friendly atmosphere we will definitely be back the next time we are up.

Great food and great, friendly service. We had cajun creamy chicken tagliatelle and a chilli burger. I asked if it was possible to have a side salad with mine, there wasn't on the menu, and it was no bother. And at no extra cost. Our dog even got a pupachino. Good food at good prices. Would defo recommend 👌

Nipped in for lunch on the way home today. Very good value and the food was excellent. Staff were also very pleasant

Nipped in for lunch after my wife's shift finished, and Fiona couldn't have been nicer or more friendly! Portions were generous, and food was delicious! The spicy Mac and cheese chicken burger was just the right amount of spicy, whilst being creamy and cheesy. Real veg was used, and not the cheap bags of salad or pre sliced tomatoes. The plate was cleaned!
Coffee was nice and came with real milk.
There were 3 young families (babies and toddlers) in when we were there, so definitely a family friendly diner.
Price was good for 2 sizeable burgers and chips with 2 coffees at £32.

Wednesday is a great day for burgers buy two get the second for only two pounds and the food was amazing and a huge portion could not move for a while after finishing.
